Kwakiutl Stewardship Standards & Governance Protocol

In advance of our Community Meeting on August 14th at 5 pm, we invite members to review the draft Stewardship Standards and the framework for a Protocol Between Kwakiutl Hereditary and Elected Leadership, as discussed in the Title Declaration meeting.

These are living summaries grounded in Kwakiutl law (p̓asa), the 1851 Douglas Treaty, and our shared responsibilities to care for land and water. They are being shared in a spirit of transparency and collaboration, so all voices can be part of shaping and strengthening them.
