MOWI FACILITY TOURS:
Farm Tours for Kwakiutl First Nation -
Mowi are offering farm tours for the public this summer with three days set aside for Kwakiutl members. These dates are July 20th, July 31st, and August 14th.
This will be an opportunity to visit an operational salmon farm, view the operations and accommodation areas, and ask the staff any questions. Tours will be up to 4 hours long, including travel to and from the farm site, lunch will be provided on the tour. Please dress according to the weather, PFDs will be provided, steel toe recommended, but regular footwear is acceptable with the exception of open-toed shoes.
The tours will have 6 person minimum, 8 person maximum due to boat capacity. We must have at least 6 people signed up one week prior to the tour date.
You will need to meet between 830a-845a behind the Quarterdeck Inn by the Marine Fuel Station Dock.
